I was born in Louisville, Kentucky, USA, in 1947. I was a classroom teacher of various subjects for 25 years before becoming a school librarian at which I labored for 18 years. I finally retired at the end of the 2015/16 school year, figuring that 43 years was long enough. I have been married for 48 years and have five children and three grandsons.
An inspiring collection!
Thank you. I love your chickens. I may have to “steal” a few chicken ideas, or is that borrow some inspiration, from you. May you have a wonderful 2017!
Hi there, I love these. I enjoy making envelopes too. Do you just mail these business reply envies with no contents, to liven up the mail service? I’m trying to join back into 365, I was involved in the “old days” before the site upgrade. I’ll hope to find your address so we can trade some mailart this year.
Thank you. I mail the business envelopes back empty. This was started by my daughter-in-law’s father who returns all unsolicited credit card return envelopes empty as a bit of revenge for so much junk mail. It costs the company to mail it, and it costs them for the return postage. I just decorate them before I drop them off at the post office. I hope someone at the other end saves them, but if not, at least they are seen by postal workers along the way.
