I was born in Louisville, Kentucky, USA, in 1947. I was a classroom teacher of various subjects for 25 years before becoming a school librarian at which I labored for 18 years. I finally retired at the end of the 2015/16 school year, figuring that 43 years was long enough. I have been married for 48 years and have five children and three grandsons.

An entire gallery. Love the colours on the first two, and the circles envelopes are great too. How did you do the monochrome one?

The colors are highlighter pens. I like them too. I just wish I could actually draw with them. The monochrome is Sumi-e ink. The paper is rather thin, so the color is very dark.

How much junk mail do you get?!

    • oldlibraryman says:

I get tons from credit card companies and magazine publishers. Some of them are for my son and daughter who live with me at present. They pile up rather fast.

I don’t get nearly as much, and at the moment I really want some as it’s nice to have a free mailart canvas. Maybe I should sign up for some
